🟰 Participatory Program <Moving a Forest Board Game>

Under the festival theme of 'Coexistence', the program will trigger a discussion on the 'climate crisis' discourse between international delegates and domestic artists.

Untitled Road's Moving a Forest Board Game is a participatory board game in which participants become novice researchers at the Future Forest Environment Research Centre and make policy decisions to respond to the climate crisis in 2050. The choices participants make will determine the future of the virtual city, ‘Tanju’ and its residents. Each participant is given a limited amount of time and a budget to explore various alternative policies and make decisions to shape the future of the city and respond to the climate crisis through discussion and decision-making on climate response.

[Introduction of Untitled Road] Untitled Road is a project group created for free experimentation in the way we experience artworks, and exciting exploration of how we experience space, and has been creating various forms of game theater since 2015. By incorporating various forms of gaming into their performances, they invite the audience to participate in the work. They create applications using game engines that are used to create real-world games, or borrow the format of board games to immerse the audience in the story.

※ This program is open to pre-registered participants only and will offer a sequential interpreter in English.
